An interesting mix of Petit Verdot and Sauvignon Blanc, co-fermented together in stainless steel. 10 days of carbonic maceration (juicy!) followed by 5 months of oak ageing (complex!)
Notes of juicy red currants, blackberry jelly, and a hint of herbaceousness from the Sauvignon Blanc!
