Charles Dufour began making Champagne in the traditional styles yet changed slightly when he converted to organic viticulture practices. Here we have a very interesting blend of his with the classic assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir yet with a touch of Pinot Blanc added. A rarity, and a treat!
