grapes come from organic vines - wild ferment in stainless steel (1/3 whole berries, 2/3 destemmed) - aged for a few months in stainless steel - bottled without fining or filtration
the wine drinks somewhere between a light red & a dark rose - notes of red cherry, cranberry, dried florals, bay leaf & a touch of spice
