A fun little German grape grown here in Ontario! Due to it's high tolerance of frost Dornfelder grows well here in Canada, crafting wines that are deep in colour with smooth tannins and bright dark fruit flavours.

Notes of juicy black plums, blackcurrants, wild blackberries, and a touch of anise-like herbaceousness
