Grape: 100% Chardonnay (from 2 different sites - some near Pugliny & the rest from estate vineyards just outside Savigny)

Alcohol: 12.5%

Aromas/flavours: complex, textured & zingy - floral & fruity notes dominate the palate, with a silky texture & persistent finish - open an hour or two & let it breathe before serving for best results! 

Production: organic - slow, wild ferment - 1 year aging in old oak on lees (no stirring)
