grapes come from old bush vines & are pressed in whole bunches to stainless steel tanks - wild ferment in old french oak barrles - aged for 9 months on lees with regular stirring - racked & gently filtered - tiny bit of so2 added at bottling 

the wine is soft & luscious, with notes of fleshy nectarine & pineapple, delicate florals & a hint of spice, with bright acidity & a dry finish
